The Evolve Story

Our mission at Evolve is to empower women and to reach their full potential in both their professional and personal lives. Our programs, created by our founder and highly regarded facilitator, Deb Elliott, provide engaging and interactive facilitation that fosters growth and supports equality, career advancement, and wellbeing.

 

​We are driven by a belief that there is much untapped talent in women. With a focus on creating a safe, diverse, and inclusive environment, our program's ensure participants feel empowered and equipped to tackle challenges and seize opportunities. Through personalised development plans and goals, we work closely with participants to guide them through their experience. 

 

Bringing you comprehensive programs for all levels of leadership, encompassing values, strengths assessments, emotional intelligence, effective communication, and personal branding.

How we evolve

Guest speakers were inspiring and real. The workbook is really valuable and allowed me to go back to it when I had time to dive into topics deeper and do more reflection at a time that suited me. The website and resources you provided were useful and I liked how you could download and share resources. The group coaching sessions were really great and a wonderful way to stay connected to people between sessions and to learn from each other and inspire each other.
